1. Nature of the Website and the Community

SexCitante.com is an informational platform managed by a private initiative based in Barcelona. Its purpose is the organisation, management and logistics of private encounters aimed exclusively at adults (+18) interested in exploring group sexuality under principles of respect, consent and privacy.

SexCitante is not a swingers club nor a public establishment with spontaneous attendance. We operate as a private community by invitation and prior registration.

2. Legal Capacity and Verification

Access to the website and participation in any event is strictly limited to individuals over 18 years of age.

  • The user guarantees that the data provided during the registration process is truthful.
  • SexCitante reserves the right to request an ID card or equivalent identification document before access to any event to verify the participant’s legal age.

3. Concept of “Contribution”

Attendance at our events requires payment of an economic contribution. It is essential to clarify that:

  • This contribution is intended exclusively to cover operating costs: rental of private venues, security, cleaning, supplies (prophylactics, towels, hygiene), hospitality staff and administrative management.
  • The contribution is not, under any circumstances, payment for sexual services.
  • All sexual interactions that occur during the events are strictly voluntary, free and consensual between attendees. SexCitante does not intervene, promote or guarantee any specific physical interaction.

4. Rules of Conduct and Consent

Consent is the pillar of our community.

  • Verbal consent: It is mandatory to obtain clear confirmation before any physical contact.
  • Right of expulsion: Any behaviour involving harassment, disrespect, use of illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption will result in immediate expulsion without entitlement to a refund of the contribution.
  • Third-party privacy: It is prohibited to disclose the identity of other members outside the community environment.

5. Intellectual Property and Electronic Devices

To guarantee absolute discretion, the use of cameras, mobile phones or any recording device inside the events is strictly prohibited.

  • Breach of this rule entails permanent expulsion and possible legal action if the right to privacy of other members is violated.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

SexCitante acts as a facilitator of infrastructure and a safe environment. However:

  • Each participant is responsible for their own sexual health and well-being.
  • SexCitante is not responsible for personal decisions, interactions or incidents that occur privately among members, beyond monitoring compliance with the event’s rules of coexistence.
  • The organisation is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings not deposited in designated custody areas.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Since the contribution is used to reserve venues and hire external services in advance:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice do not entitle the participant to a refund or reservation for future events.
  • In the event of cancellation by the organisation, a full refund or date change will be offered.

8. Modifications

SexCitante reserves the right to modify these terms to adapt them to legislative changes or modifications in the management model.
