- Contact and prior verification: Name (real or pseudonym), email address, declared age and other data voluntarily provided by the user when requesting membership.
- Event management: Attendance lists, logistical communication, contribution management and coordination of event dynamics with our hospitality and animation team.
- Security and compliance: Identity verification for venue access. No copies of identity documents are kept, except with explicit consent or legal requirement.
- Confidentiality: Ensuring all attendees comply with the prohibition on graphic recording.
3. How long do we keep your data?
Only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
- Attendee data: Deleted after completion of event management (maximum 30 days), unless the user wishes to remain on our mailing list for future calls.
- Cookies: This website uses only necessary technical cookies for the proper functioning and security of the platform. We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
4. Are your data shared with third parties?
No. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

- External staff: Hospitality and animation staff, as well as external collaborators, are strictly prohibited from accessing member databases and are bound by permanent confidentiality agreements.
