SexCitante.com is an informational platform managed by a private initiative based in Barcelona. Its purpose is the organisation, management and logistics of private encounters aimed exclusively at adults (+18) interested in exploring group sexuality under principles of respect, consent and privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n

SexCitante is not a swingers club nor a public establishment with spontaneous attendance.<\/strong> We operate as a private community by invitation and prior registration.<\/p>\n\n\n

2. Legal Capacity and Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n

Access to the website and participation in any event is strictly limited to individuals over 18 years of age.<\/p>\n\n\n

  • The user guarantees that the data provided during the registration process is truthful.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • SexCitante reserves the right to request an ID card or equivalent identification document before access to any event to verify the participant\u2019s legal age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    3. Concept of \u201cContribution\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n

    Attendance at our events requires payment of an economic contribution<\/strong>. It is essential to clarify that:<\/p>\n\n\n

    • This contribution is intended exclusively to cover operating costs<\/strong>: rental of private venues, security, cleaning, supplies (prophylactics, towels, hygiene), hospitality staff and administrative management.<\/li>\n\n\n
    • The contribution is not, under any circumstances, payment for sexual services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
    • All sexual interactions that occur during the events are strictly voluntary, free and consensual between attendees. SexCitante does not intervene, promote or guarantee any specific physical interaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

      4. Rules of Conduct and Consent<\/h2>\n\n\n

      Consent is the pillar of our community.<\/p>\n\n\n

      • Verbal consent:<\/strong> It is mandatory to obtain clear confirmation before any physical contact.<\/li>\n\n\n
      • Right of expulsion:<\/strong> Any behaviour involving harassment, disrespect, use of illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption will result in immediate expulsion without entitlement to a refund of the contribution.<\/li>\n\n\n
      • Third-party privacy:<\/strong> It is prohibited to disclose the identity of other members outside the community environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

        5. Intellectual Property and Electronic Devices<\/h2>\n\n\n

        To guarantee absolute discretion, the use of cameras, mobile phones or any recording device inside the events is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n

        • Breach of this rule entails permanent expulsion and possible legal action if the right to privacy of other members is violated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

          6. Disclaimer of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n

          SexCitante acts as a facilitator of infrastructure and a safe environment. However:<\/p>\n\n\n

          • Each participant is responsible for their own sexual health and well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n
          • SexCitante is not responsible for personal decisions, interactions or incidents that occur privately among members, beyond monitoring compliance with the event\u2019s rules of coexistence.<\/li>\n\n\n
          • The organisation is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings not deposited in designated custody areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

            7. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n

            Since the contribution is used to reserve venues and hire external services in advance:<\/p>\n\n\n

            • Cancellations with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> do not entitle the participant to a refund or reservation for future events.<\/li>\n\n\n
            • In the event of cancellation by the organisation, a full refund or date change will be offered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

              8. Modifications<\/h2>\n\n\n
